Barn wedding venues near Tucson

Tucson's barn and ranch venues trade green pastures for saguaro, mesquite, and mountain silhouettes — desert-rustic rather than farm-rustic, and photographers love it. Most venues here are working or historic ranches in the foothills and the Tanque Verde valley. The season runs opposite most of the country: October through April is prime, summer is the discount window, and every tour should cover shade, misting, and monsoon backup plans.

What couples say

As a wedding photographer, I highly recommend Hacienda Del Sol for your wedding! it is a beautiful property that captures Tucson and the southwest unlike any other venue I have seen!

This is a lovely ranch BUT there are 4 things you should know before booking: 1. Don’t expect to ever lope with a horse. Don’t sign up for the lope rides, you should book all of the other horse lessons instead- you can always get into a lope ride the day of, if you are one of the lucky ones to pass.

I had my wedding here a week ago and it was just amazing! Everything is so straight forward and hassle free. I planned my wedding in 3 weeks with the help of the wonderful people at kallista park. Melissa was just lovely and very attentive the day of wedding.
