From the reviews
During the pandemic, we wanted to get away from our regular routine, and spend time outdoors while celebrating Christmas and New Year's. All of that was accomplished at Rincon Creek Ranch. Our 1 bedroom casita was stylish, clean and cute as a button.
This place delivers and is exactly as described by guests and photos. The cabins are newer with modern touches and appointments. The 5 mile loop hike just outside the property in Saguaro NP is so convenient and the trail around the property is nothing to sneeze at. The bridge on the Ranch is a marvel.
My wife and I are avid travelers and outdoor enthusiasts, and as with many individuals, 2020 posted some unique challenges when it came to travel. Our travel was quite limited during the year, and we were growing restless as the year came to a close.
My wife and I choose the Rincon Creek Ranch as a place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The pictures on their website looked very inviting, so we decided to check the place out. What we experienced during our stay was absolutely fantastic – everything was even more beautiful than in the pictures.
Getting married at Rincon Creek Ranch
Rincon Creek Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Rincon Creek Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Rincon Creek Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
