From the reviews
I was the coordinator for a wedding that utilized the WBU and could not have been happier with the weekend. Natasha (owner) was amazing through the entire process.
The WBU was an amazing space for our September wedding! With ~190 guests, we were able to have our ceremony on the first floor and reception in the ballroom. The space felt full of love and energy with enough space to be comfortable as well.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at The WBU Event Venue on 9/13/25 and we have not one regret! The space is unique and so thoughtfully decorated with odes to its history. We had our ceremony off-site at a church, then cocktail hour in their first floor event space and reception in their ballroom upstairs.
The WBU Event Venue is an absolute dream! The space itself is beautiful (and frankly, decorates itself). The staff, Laura & Natasha, are supportive and helpful during the process. The WBU team does a great job describing what things you do and do not need to plan for your wedding day.
Getting married at The WBU Event Venue
The WBU Event Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
