From the reviews
This is a wonderful place to have a wedding. The landscape and building look amazing in any season. I got married at the Mayernik Center in the winter and it was absolutely beautiful. The people who work here are also wonderful! They were super efficient and coordinated. Debbie, the wedding coordinator, is so lovely.
My wedding was at The Mayernik and it was a close to perfect as it could possibly be. Our Wedding Coordinator - Debbie - was so patient, helpful and really made sure our day went off without a hitch. I sent her so many emails leading up to the big day and she was always so responsive and accommodating.
We were married at the Mayernik Center yesterday. The minute my now wife arrived when we were looking at venues, she knew it was the spot. From the lovely lighting in the log cabin style venue, to the babbling crick out front, and the amazing help Debbie provided, it was all perfect. EVERYTHING was perfect.
My husband and I held our wedding celebration at the Mayernik Center at Avonworth Community Park, and it was absolutely incredible. Debbie Dolecki, the event manager/coordinator, was so easy to work with - from our first tour to other planning meetings to our actual wedding day.
Getting married at Mayernik Center at Avonworth Community Park
Mayernik Center at Avonworth Community Park comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
