We just got married at the hidden oaks on March 29, 2025. We booked this venue, April 2024. This is literally the best venue in the state of Virginia. Not only do they respond and communicate with you throughout the whole process but they really just respect you no matter what background you come from.
We are extremely excited to see The Hidden Oaks as a new venue in Chesterfield. As a rental company we have just had our first opportunity to work with The Hidden Oaks and see the space. With it's contemporary greenhouse, well manicured gardens, and a slight industrial edge the design options are endless.

Getting married at The Hidden Oaks
The Hidden Oaks comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
