As a wedding officiant I see venues all around Virginia every weekend. This new venue is family owned and operated. Don and his wife were hands on and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They genuinely care about their couples. They also have a really amazing set-up!

What an incredible venue for a wedding/event! Not only was the setting beautiful inside and out the owners were very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of planning, making sure we had what we needed for decorating and set up, to include parking and reception….

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
