From the reviews
Wow wow wow! Photos don’t do this venue justice. My husband and I currently live in Fort Myers FL, and came to Tennessee Riverplace for our wedding (April 25, 2026). Venue: this venue is prettier than the photos. I truly was in awe every day I was here.
We hosted our wedding here in November of 2024. We were looking for a venue close to downtown Chatt that showcased the beauty of the area and was more unique than most of the barn venues around town. The architecture and scenery of TN Riverplace is hard to beat.
We had our wedding here in April 2024. We rented both private houses on the spacious property and all of the suites which made the 200 acres feel private. The location is so beautiful and we felt prepared for all weather with the options of the courtyard, inside the hall, or under the tent.
Pros: We hosted our mehndi here for our South Asian wedding and it was stunning! The property was well-maintained and clean. The venue is pretty flexible, and the staff is kind. I'd recommend them for any event. We rented our linens from them which made things simpler for us.
Getting married at Tennessee RiverPlace
Tennessee RiverPlace comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Tennessee RiverPlace
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Tennessee RiverPlace — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
