Our wedding at Rock Springs Ranch just outside Tumalo, was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole venue was amazing, multiple ponds, beautiful open fields with trees for shade made it an amazing setting and gorgeous backdrop for our day.
Hands down one of the best venues I have worked at. Audra is a dream to work with and makes the process so easy and smooth from beginning to end. I am a wedding planner/coordinator and I had the pleasure of being able to work with Audra and Rock Springs Ranch this year and I was blown away at everything.
We had our wedding here for many reasons - the beautiful landscape, the location that is just outside of town but still accessible, the inside/outside capabilities, and the cabins that allowed all of our closest friends and family to stay on site with us. Audra is thoughtful and communicative.
Great Venue! I would recommend Rock Springs to anyone! It's a large space, but easy to get around. The lodge, ponds, ceremony sites, cabins, kitchen. fire pit, outdoor dance area, and wrap around deck were prefect! Kelly and Audra were awesome to work with throughout planning.
Getting married at Rock Springs Ranch
Rock Springs Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
