As a wedding photographer I've been to a lot of venues. Aspen Hall is one of my favorites in Bend for it's location, great scenery in Shevlin Park, indoor/outdoor options, and it's great value for my clients.
I was the photographer at a wedding held at Aspen Hall this October. What an absolutely beautiful wedding venue and set up. Great photo opportunities all over the place!
We used this space for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We got so many compliments from our family on what a beautiful space it was. Not only is it affordable to use (especially for a wedding venue) the people at Bend Parks and Rec were very easy to work with in getting everything organized.

Getting married at Aspen Hall
Aspen Hall comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
