From the reviews
Brick & Beam is an amazing space! This new Jefferson venue is a charming blank slate for whatever your event needs are. Wonderful high ceilings, wood floors, not too big, not too small, and tons of natural light.
What a beautiful event space Brick & Beam was to have my bridal shower. To the wonderful communication from Sarah, to the beautiful walls of color… it was PERFECT! Would highly recommend having your special day here.
We recently rented Brick and Beam Events for my sister’s high school graduation party, and it was the perfect space for our celebration. The location was very convenient for us, and the venue had plenty of room for our group of about 20 people, while still feeling warm and inviting.
Brick & Beam was simply perfect for my daughter's bridal shower! I love how historic, yet elegantly modern the space is - because it was so beautifully done. Sarah was an incredible host in helping with ideas for table placement and overall assistance in anything needed!
Getting married at Brick and Beam Events
Brick and Beam Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Brick and Beam Events
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Brick and Beam Events — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
