Venue barn comfortably fits ~100 people for round tables downstairs based on where all the poles in the barn are. We had our wedding in the fall and it was so cold because of lack of heaters. Guests left early due to below freezing temps. House where bridal party can get ready is very nice. Ample parking for guests.
