From the reviews
My husband and I had our elopement/tiny wedding ceremony here and it was absolutely perfect. We wanted something easy, low key, and low stress and that’s exactly what we got - we were able to plan our small ceremony in less than a month and the venue did a lot of the heavy lifting in making it look great.
I attended a wedding at this venue. It was surprisingly clean and "dry" considering the fact that it rained heavily just 45 minutes before the event. No giant mud puddles to dodge. The views from the property were beautiful and the grounds were well kept. They had some nice little yurts there for overnight guests.
We came in for my daughters wedding this weekend (10/19) from Texas ~ not knowing much about the area or this location, I did look at the reviews on the property ~ I will admit I was a bit nervous about what we were walking into ~ sight unseen situation.
What an absolutely beautiful place. My husband and I chose Wolftrap for our wedding venue and we were extremely happy. The scenery is stunning and the staff is very helpful. Keith handled all the contracts and payments via email and mail. He responded quickly and answered all our questions.
Getting married at Wolftrap Farm
Wolftrap Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
