I had the pleasure to visit this country oasis a few days ago for a site visit and sit down meeting with the owners of the property. The carefully laid out details that Donna and Rick have put into this place is quite extraordinary and a true labor of love.
This place is WONDERFUL!! My daughter chose Whispering Waters Ranch for her wedding. It was the best experience. Donna and Rick were very professional and the wedding ran smoothly. WOW!!! My husband and I just got married here this past weekend and it turned out even better than we thought possible. The venue is located off a quiet country road but is very easy to find and access from the city.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
