BEST WEDDING EVER!!! That's what all our guests were saying for weeks after the event. Venue is beautiful and staff could not be more accommodating. They made the wedding planning easy with their different package offerings. Love the ability to open the hanger doors for an inside / outside wedding.
not only has Twelve Oak Estate won #1 Best in "State," they also really know how to communicate with their couples. Did you know there are actually 12 oak trees illuminated by night? If you leave Twelve Oak Estate at twilight you will see the beautiful oaks.
We used Twelve Oak Estate for our wedding venue on October 4, 2025, and it was the perfect setting for our day. They were only the second venue we toured, but after visiting and meeting with Kevin, we reserved our date that same day (in July 2024).

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
