Awesome Venue and Owners. I am writing my first google review to say a big 'Thank You' to Ben at the Vintage Garden. He was very easy going, organized, and accommodating. He even drove to our church in town to deliver a 'wedding schedule display' that I had forgot while setting up.
Absolutely beautiful venue. I have actually been to two weddings here, both times went well. The ceremony area, the dining hall, and reception area are all rustic, simple and exactly what you'd want. The only downside at all is that I got ate alive by mosquitos both times I was there.
Vintage Garden is an awesome venue! Ben & his staff are top notch and very accomodating. I've DJ'd here and found it to be one of the best locations for a wedding dance. And now with air conditioning in the barn, they've just stepped up their game by several levels. If V.G. is available on your wedding date, book it!
Nice little place, easy to get to, and all of the amenities (bar, dance floor, dining area, bathrooms, ATM). However, no hot water in the bathrooms is a big strike for me. And the parking could be better. Just a patch of a field. All in all though, it was a nice place for a wedding, as long as it's nice outside.
Getting married at The Vintage Garden
The Vintage Garden comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
