I got married to my best friend on June 8th, 2019 at The Yard. When we visited the venue for the first time, we fell in love instantly. It was the only venue we looked at because we were so absolutely certain this was the place to celebrate our love. Everything about this space is a straight dream come to life.
Having our wedding at the Yard was a dream come true. Cliff takes his weddings and events PERSONAL puts his WHOLE SELF into your day. It was amazing to see it all come together- to seeing the set up for the ceremony and reception..
Cliff is amazing to work with. He makes himself available to you all day for whatever you may need and helps. He even makes a sign with your names on it for guests to see when they pull up. Unfortunately, we had some rain on our day, but he had everything ready for that scenario. Everything was set and ready for us.
I have to start this by saying CLIFF IS THE BEST! When looking for a wedding venue, I was looking for an outdoor space, but I was amazed by how beautiful The YARD was! Cliff was absolutely amazing to work with from day 1.
Getting married at The Yard

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
