We hosted our daughter's wedding at the Vines of Lexington on March 9, 2024. Words can not describe how pleased we are with this venue. Everything was simple, and Wendye accommodated all our wishes. The staff are quietly excellent. The catering was delicious, and we had many leftovers to enjoy the next day.
We are happy that we found the perfect place to get married. From the private dressing rooms to the venue I couldn't have asked for more. Every vendor that was recommended could not have done a better job. The food was excellent. Picking out the available decor was a game changer.
Seriously the best location for our Reception (3/26/22). Even a beautiful place for a wedding ceremony if we weren't having ours at the church my family has gotten married at. The Staff were there if we needed anything and were very professional. Communication was easy with them though the process.

Getting married at The Vines

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
