From the reviews
Absolutely unforgettable! We hosted our wedding at The Old Barn, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, Dacota, the venue manager, was on top of every detail—like some kind of wedding wizard with a clipboard.
I can't possibly praise this venue enough. My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding here. Nestled in the woods, the barn provides a natural setting that is relaxed yet elegant.
Loved the location! It was an old, rustic barn surrounded by nature which made photographing my clients a breeze. The bride and groom had a cabin up the hill to get ready in, which made for beautiful photos. It does get warm in the barn during the summer, but so worth it!
This beautiful place also offers this gorgeous house to stay at before your wedding. We had a blast and they we’re super helpful with my friend who got married there recently!
Getting married at The Old Barn at Brown County
The Old Barn at Brown County comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
