From the reviews
This place is awesome! My daughter's wedding could not have been better and to be surrounded in such tranquil beauty was the icing on the cake! Highly recommend!
The Lake House at Bulow is the perfect place for a rustic, intimate wedding! I photographed this wedding here last year and it is one of my all-time favorite venues. It's so nice to have everything in one place. Guests can roam around the grounds as they please.
BEAUTIFUL! The views of the Lake are great. The inside of the house is rustic and comfortable. Ample parking, and quietly tucked away in Red Top area of Charleston.
The Lake House at Bulow was the perfect setting for our intimate and low-key wedding! We looked at a lot of venues, but this was the only location that we both absolutely loved. From the beautiful scenery to the gorgeous house, it was a perfect venue.
Getting married at The Lake House At Bulow
The Lake House At Bulow comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
