Great people to work with. Beautiful barn. Nice tables and chairs. Just a little hard to find and wish it was in a more scenic location. There are beautiful surroundings once you get past the houses in front but the old broken down tractor trailers and such on the road going in make you wonder if you are in the right…

In August 2019, I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of my nephew Scout and his wife Jenna. It was held at the Hunter Barn. What is so amazing is that they live in St Augustine FL, and saw the value and beauty of the location, to celebrate one of the most important days of their entire lives.
Getting married at The Hunter Barn
The Hunter Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
