Would love to give this venue 5 stars but it would not be a fully honest review. Why? The high points are that this is absolutely a gorgeous event space. The setting, the cleanliness, the vibe, the wine and accessibility plus the service are all impeccable, neigh even immaculate.
This event space is absolutely where you want to have your event. From the spaces, the light, the gardens, the food and the staff are all wonderful. We will never forget our family rehearsal dinner there, the absolutely delicious meal, the drinks, a family slide show on their incredible screen and the space for all of…
Such a wonderful venue for any/all occasions! The atmosphere is fantastic with a couple different interior options and an expensive and accommodating courtyard. This place is turn key. Tables, place settings, catering, bartending, quality sound; you really don't have to look any further. I highly recommend!
Getting married at The Ground at Stillwater
The Ground at Stillwater comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
