Kelsey, Evergreen's Event Coordinator, is great!! She helped us make our customer meeting successful by making sure we had everything we needed including room layout, food/beverages, and communications setup. Despite the snow and ice the day of the meeting she was still there to help.
We had a near perfect wedding experience last month with Evergreen Events and the Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. We held our reception and evening festivities in the mezzanine level of the Space Museum, which met our needs perfectly for layout and the size of the space.
As a Portland-based wedding planner, I had the privilege of coordinating a wedding at Evergreen Reception Hall, and it was such a wonderful experience! The in-house catering team, bartenders, and staff were all amazing to work with and played a huge part in making the day run smoothly.
Evergreen Events catered a Friday dinner for almost 50 of us at the Evergreen Space Museum in June of 2022. The event was a huge success and went off without a hitch.
