“Again, this is an actual used old horse barn, you can see where the horses have chewed down parts of the old stalls.”

From the reviews
If you’re on the fence about booking this venue- just do it!! Got married late August 2023. It was hot but beautiful! Close to 100 guests. We wanted an outdoorsy wedding that highlighted nature and not a ton of frills.
We just had our wedding here Sunday, October 23rd with 63 guests. This was the absolute most wonderful day of my life, and Doug and his team pulled off the most beautiful and well ran wedding I (and along with my guests reviews) have ever been to.
Our son's wedding and reception was at Blackberry Cove on 4/29/21. Most of the family traveled from Michigan - what a feast for the eyes was the mountain backdrop! We loved the host who was laid-back, helpful, well-experienced in what it takes to organize and execute an event, and coordinated well with other vendors.
I absolutely love photographing weddings at Fields of Blackberry Cove! Each of the ceremony locations is beautiful and photogenic, and the variety of portrait locations is almost endless. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
Getting married at The Fields of Blackberry Cove
The Fields of Blackberry Cove comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Fields of Blackberry Cove
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Fields of Blackberry Cove — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
