From the reviews
We got married at Boyden on 10/5/24: 6 stars out of 5 would recommend! We had peak foliage and beautifully sunny, crisp weather, and couldn't have asked for more. Boyden was the last venue we saw on our VT venue tour, and we knew that as soon as we saw it and met Lauri, that we were meant to get married here.
Oh my goodness-what can we say?!? Lauri, Lucy and the team are INCREDIBLE. Lauri was such a wonderful guide through the entire process (and I mean a LONG process-we had to postpone due to COVID so we worked with her for about a year and a half!
We are SO happy that we chose The Barn at Boyden Farm for our wedding! From the very start, Lauri and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful - she answered what felt like 100 of my questions, hopped on multiple phone calls, and even welcomed us back to the barn several times throughout the planning process so…
First of all we would like to say thank you to Lauri Boyden for the amazing weekend she hosted for us. Since our first meeting at the barn last year and up to our wedding day in October this year we have been overjoyed with how we were treated and the level of service Lauri and her team provided to us.
Getting married at The Barn at Boyden Farm
The Barn at Boyden Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at The Barn at Boyden Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at The Barn at Boyden Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
