We had my daughter‘s baby shower at the 228 in Sterling on December 7Th. I can’t tell you how happy we were with this venue. The staff were very helpful and professional. It was very clean and beautifully decorated in the perfect place to hold a small event. I would highly recommend the 228 to anyone planning a party.
We had our wedding reception at the 228, and I cannot say enough about our experience! The venue itself is beautiful. The main barn looks brand new and has a nice rustic feel. There is a massive outdoor space with a patio, fire pit, and a huge tent.
This venue was hands down the best place to have our wedding! Maria was so wonderful to work with and accommodating to any and all requests. We did not want anything over the top, so their selection of decor for the tables and accents for the wedding were perfect!
The staff at the 228 were absolutely wonderful! They took the time to make sure that everything was as we wanted for our special day. They made things so easy with their event portal. Their professional opinions and advice were most helpful and the prices were very doable with their payment plan.
