Really nice place. My niece got married there. Next to river jumpy stuff for the kids rope climbing swing. Old silo turned into bathroom .old buildings turned into bunkhouse. Nice reception area. Beautiful dining area. Nice rocks to look at to if your a rockhound.
We had our wedding here in October, it was beautiful and it was such a relief that Rexanne and her daughters are there to set it up & make it look nice. The property is gorgeous and our pictures, family, guests, and us just thought it was perfect.
Had our wedding here in June. Let me tell you, these ladies are amazing! They helped us with so many things, from rehearsal to serving the cake. Beautiful venue and amazing staff !!
What a beautiful property! We had a family reunion there and it was epic! The staff is incredibly friendly and there is no shortage of fun things to do. My kids loved the waterslide! We can’t wait to visit again!
Getting married at Sunrise P-River Ranch
Sunrise P-River Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Sunrise P-River Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Sunrise P-River Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
