We had our wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous; even in February. We would HIGHLY recommend using this as your wedding location! Tons of locations throughout the property for pictures. Plus, Susan was amazing to work with. Incredibly kind, helpful and quick to respond.
Lovely venue. Easy to find . Handy parking. Did not see any handicap parking. I was surprised.
We just had our wedding this weekend at the Schafer Century Barn. The venue is gorgeous! We actually had multiple guests tell us how much they loved it and thought it was the perfect venue. Susan was great to work with. She was super accommodating from the first time I contacted her up to the today.
Seeley Creek Cabin - Associated with Schafer Century Barn: We just had our October 2023 wedding at the Seeley Creek Cabin grounds and I can't put into words how amazing they were to work with as a team! They made the planning process incredibly easy and they were so accommodating to all of our needs.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
