Camped here over the weekend and had the best time. Wally is the best host and made us so comfortable. When someone in our group had a horse allergy, he mowed a whole new site for our group as far away from the horses as possible.
As a wedding photographer in the New Paltz/Hudson Valley area, I've photographed weddings at many charming rustic wedding venues, and, truthfully, Rustic Ridge View Farm takes the cake for a unique rustic venue with homestead vibes.
I had my wedding at Rustic Ridge View Farm and I am so glad I did. Wally, the owner, is amazing to work with. Everything went so well, the venue is gorgeous, and we loved the freedom to go a bit later than other venues would have allowed.
Four of us camped at Rustic Ridge View Farm this weekend and wow! It was perfect. Wally was SO accommodating - it was our friend's first time camping. She is allergic to everything, including horses, and we brought her to.... a horse farm. Wally ended up mowing. us. our. own. site. as far as possible from the horses!!
