From the reviews
My daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was here. This place is beautiful! Perfect for what she wanted and in her price range. I will note that the bridal suite is not air conditioned and it was 80 that day so it can get warm in there, but everything was delightful!
This place is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures don’t do it justice. The feel of the venue and the view is incredible. It’s such a perfect place to have a wedding. Not to mention, the owner Rusty was so accommodating and kind. He was extremely helpful. The prices are great too!!
We rented the Tracy Barn for an evening event . Would definitely recommend this property . The owner treated us well and offered extra time for set up with the 5 hr. rental agreement which was greatly appreciated.
Beautiful landscape and barns. Great location to host parties and small weddings. We were in the Tracy barn and it had a little kitchen and bathrooms, was cute space for the baby shower.
Getting married at Quailcrest Farm
Quailcrest Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Quailcrest Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Quailcrest Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
