We recently celebrated the wedding of my daughter and new son-in-law at beautiful Pole Creek Ranch in Sisters, Oregon. The setting is stunningly beautiful with a giant green meadow and unobstructed views of the Three Sisters Mountain peaks that the area is named for.
Pole Creek Ranch is one of Central Oregon’s hidden gems — tucked right on the edge of Sisters, where it feels like the world slows down just enough for something unforgettable to happen. As a wedding photographer, it’s one of my absolute favorite venues to shoot.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
