From the reviews
A lovely place that has to be seen, felt, and breathed. Acres of land with trails, clear cut pond area, and numerous niches to have a chat, a nap, or a camp fire. The chapel may hold 30 or so but the field for parking could 50 cars. Rustic camping on site with bathroom facility and cold shower.
A great spot for a wedding! Not only is the chapel beautiful, the price is reasonable. Kevin and Trish are perfect hosts and very accommodating. They also welcome EVERYONE, no matter who you are, what you believe or who you love.
I went to Feminine Devine retreat September 10-11 weekend and it was a blessing. Beautiful place. Beautiful old chapel where we practiced yoga, chanted kirtan, played drums, had a fire ceremony and connected to new people through all of these. “How it could be better than this?
What a beautiful piece of land for retreats, weddings, etc!! The owners are amazing, beautiful people! The energy here is so inviting. I love that it's right off the main road, yet so secluded, you can maintain your privacy for your event. There are many things to offer on the property...
Getting married at Oak Grove Retreat
Oak Grove Retreat comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
