From the reviews
Husband and I recently hosted an upscale baby shower at Venue 1912 and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. The chandelier room comfortably accommodated our 120+ guests, and each room added a unique charm that elevated the overall experience.
Venue 1912 is a beautiful location to have any celebratory event. I recently had a milestone birthday soiree there, which was absolutely, incredible! I can't say enough about this place. Everything from the location, the parking, the décor, the layout and food/drink arrangements; everything was fantastic!
I attended an event at this venue and was pleasantly surprised by the aesthetic and amount of space available. This is a renovated building that has been given a major upgrade. The design throughout is chic and modern.
I attended a beautiful bridal shower this past weekend and the entire venue is amazing, very versatile, spacious. The staff was very personable and the in house planner, Michelle was very detailed oriented! I would most definitely recommend the space to anyone in the area with an upcoming event!
Getting married at Venue 1912
Venue 1912 comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Venue 1912
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Venue 1912 — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
