From the reviews
We had the most amazing wedding ceremony and reception here. We had 200 people, it was in October and the weather was perfect. Affordable with all the right vendors.
Excelet venue. Not only is it affordable, you can choose your own vendors, and property manager Garret was so nice and informative. Thanks to Newland Barn we were able to have a $5,000 wedding look like a $10,000 wedding.
Cute little venue for weddings, and from what I heard, very inexpensive. If you're a vendor coming onto the property, the staff there is very easy to work with.
A nice spot. A little hard to find. Grounds are beautiful. The barn is very basic, restrooms old, but overall great spot for a small-ish outdoor event.
Getting married at Newland Barn
Newland Barn comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
