From the reviews
McBrayer Ranch is charming and beautifully rustic chic with so much to offer. The farm animals on site transport your guests to another world - an experience everyone walks away from with a smile. Not only is the venue dreamy, it's also an absolute delight to work on the property.
Our wedding day was fantastic - every detail was perfect, every moment memorable, and the ranch itself during the fall season provided the perfect backdrop for a day we’ll cherish forever.
We recently held a Celebration of Life memorial at this venue, and it was truly a beautiful experience during such a meaningful time. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The covered chapel, while open-air, provided the perfect setting to gather.
Our daughter got married last night. The venue was amazing! Lori is great to work with, and she along with the coorinator, Loice, made everything go so smoothly in spite of the crazy storm that decided to blow through. Everything still went off without a hitch.
Getting married at McBrayer Ranch
McBrayer Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at McBrayer Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at McBrayer Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
