From the reviews
We were so floored by the experience we had with Maison May. We knew we were in for something wonderful because of the many kind interactions we had with Catherine and Claudia leading up to the wedding day, but we could never have imagined the level of care we received.
Maison May was the perfect wedding venue for us. The planning and event was seamless and stress free from beginning to end from the responsive, warm and professional owner and coordinator interactions, the staff, the food, the ambiance, the intimacy. This venue was absolutely what my husband and I were envisioning.
Thank you, Claudia, Katherine, and team for hosting our wedding! We had a great experience and everyone was accommodating and easy to work with. The food & drinks were great and the servers were friendly. It's a perfect venue for an intimate Brownstone wedding.
Maison May is the perfect venue. We wanted an intimate house-party feeling for our wedding, with a space that limited the guest list, and we didn't want to plan much.
Getting married at Maison May
Maison May comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Maison May
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Maison May — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
