From the reviews
Last year, my fiancé and I were really struggling to find a wedding venue we could afford. We came to the conclusion that we may not be able to have an actual wedding because everything was SO expensive. That’s when a coworker told me about Magnolia Way Farm.
Stephanie and Billy are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so down to earth and really strive to make your wedding day everything you want it to be! They treated us like their own family throughout the entire planning process leading up to the wedding and ensured our big day went all according to plan.
Me and my husband got married on 4/22/23 at Magnolia Way Farm. Stephanie and Billy are some of the warmest, most genuine people we have ever met. They coordinated with us and helped us throughout the entire wedding planning process and day of, ensured everything went exactly the way we dreamed.
I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Way. Booking them for our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. Stephanie and Billy went above and beyond coordinating and decorating and taking care of every issue that came up. We are so grateful for them!
Getting married at Magnolia Way Farm
Magnolia Way Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Magnolia Way Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Magnolia Way Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
