The most beautiful and tranquil location in culpeper! You get a country setting while still being 10 mins away from town, very convenient for last minute wedding prep. Between the numerous ponds, rolling hills, beautiful forestry and all the cows you could hope for - it doesn’t get better than this.
Mystic Hill Farms is the perfect wedding venue! It has beautiful views, picturesque buildings, and a truly wonderful staff. Gwen and David were fantastic to work with and they went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. We are so happy we had our wedding at Mystic Hill Farms and would recommend it to anyone!
There are several beautiful outdoor venues. One of the ponds is stocked with bass and the wedding party was allowed to fish. The farm manager David will clean the fish. Bride and grooms dressing rooms were beautifully decorated

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
