Laurel Oaks Estate is absolutely beautiful! We had such a memorable experience staying here from March 7th - March 9th. I stayed in the Cabin with my bridesmaids because of the package we purchased and my husband rented the Big Bear Airbnb Glamping Tent for him and his groomsmen.
The horse trailer is adorable!! Well appointed with everything needed for two people. The outdoor space is private and allows room to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We even spotted a few of the neighbors peacocks! The best thing about our stay was Krystl and her husband.
Little Bear was absolutely amazing!! We had a blast playing corn hole, exploring the trails, and, at night, the place turned magical with the tent lights and the stars above. It was wonderfully private, and our fur baby had an incredible time too. A perfect 10 out of 10 experience!
Getting married at Laurel Oaks Estate
Laurel Oaks Estate comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Laurel Oaks Estate
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Laurel Oaks Estate — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
