From the reviews
Excellent venue! Our wedding there was phenomenal. Guests had nothing but good things to say about the location and the guy who helped out, George, went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience.
The perfect venue for our May wedding. It’s a beautiful place for any event, but it became even more magical when we were forced to do our rainy day plan because of the weather. The Lodge is the most perfect, breathtaking place come rain or shine.
It was a nice tucked away place to have a wedding. The lodge was very nice.Plenty of parking , accommodating, fireplace, restrooms, adjoining lodge and small outer building close by. Beautiful woods and deer\wildlife abound. We used the smaller outer building for a drink station if you will.
Iamonia Lodge is a beautiful venue, my wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations for our wedding, and lodge manager Emily was accommodating and attentive to our needs. We are so pleased to have had such a serene venue.
Getting married at Lake Iamonia Lodge
Lake Iamonia Lodge comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Lake Iamonia Lodge
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Lake Iamonia Lodge — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
