From the reviews
Beautiful venue! Not super easy to get to but a beautiful place to have an event.
I second shot a wedding at the Lazy R Ranch and it was an awesome venue! They have an indoor section in the barn that can be used for the reception. It has a few rooms and restrooms for getting ready and a kitchen to store the food and baked goods.
I can't say enough good about this family owned operation. We worked together for 14 months to plan a gathering of over 150 campers and the Ranch was responsive, helpful and nformative the entire time. The facility is so peaceful and pretty, every one of our attendees had nothing but good things to say about the venue.
Such an amazing place for a wedding!! The Moses were so great to work with. Very easy to get a hold of with any questions. It was nice to have tables and chairs provided. Nice big kitchen to work in. Rooms in the barn and cabin were put together very well. Lots of spots for camping guest. Beautiful scenery!!
Getting married at Idaho Guest Ranch-Flying M Ranch
Idaho Guest Ranch-Flying M Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Idaho Guest Ranch-Flying M Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Idaho Guest Ranch-Flying M Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
