From the reviews
We used Homestead Events Center for our wedding in June of 2022 and could not have asked for a more perfect experience. They were amazing people to work with. Shelley stayed in touch from the initial reservation right up through the big day. She helped me find a DJ and a bartender.
As a photographer, this venue is perfect for a rustic, western feel, and is so intentional within its design. One of the barns is a large get ready space with modernized stable as a repurposed space! I love it! Shelly the owner is so sweet and was operated the Photo Booth most the night!
I cannot say enough good things about this venue or its owners! It is exactly what we were looking for when we were in search of a wedding venue. Homestead brings the staples you need for your event then allows you to completely customize it!

Getting married at Homestead Events
Homestead Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Homestead Events
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Homestead Events — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
