From the reviews
Friends and Neighbor's by Audrey's Farmhouse is a fantastic upstate venue with stylish design, great spaces, and a kind and helpful team to bring your vision to life.
Friends and Neighbors is pure magic. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding. The grounds are stunning, and every single detail is thoughtfully designed and full of heart.
The owner and staff didn’t just help us. They basically adopted us for the day. I still have no idea how they pulled everything together so smoothly. We checked out a bunch of places upstate since I’m from the city and my wife’s family is spread between CT and PA.
My daughter just had her wedding here 9-13-2025. If you're looking for a unique venue this is it! The 10 guest rooms onsite are beautiful - each room has a private bath, private outdoor patio facing the woods, clothing steamer, coffee bar with snacks and a fridge.
Getting married at Friends and Neighbors
Friends and Neighbors comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Friends and Neighbors
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Friends and Neighbors — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
