From the reviews
What a beautiful farm, what a wonderful holiday experience for our family. We enjoyed the beauty of the tranquil winter scape during a 20-min horse and cart ride before arriving at Santa’s village. We were welcomed by a gingerbread character and the children were delighted by the reindeer at Santa’s barn.
This was the most magical Santa and North Pole experience We visited with a 6 week old and 2 year old and did the horse drawn sleigh option, it was a wonderful journey through all the lights, The North Pole area was stunning and it was amazing that Santa was just wandering around engaging with everyone, No need to…
Everyone at Charmingfare was very cheerful and helpful. A guest with some mobility challenges was helped by numerous staff members while we were loading onto one of the logging wagons. Our driver was very knowledgeable and made the ride very interesting.
My family did the horse drawn ride to see Santa at North Pole and it was a great experience! The lights on the way were very fun to see and the lights at the North Pole were great. The kids loved seeing the characters and Santa who was walking around and talking to them. The live reindeer were so cute running around.
Getting married at Charmingfare Farm
Charmingfare Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Charmingfare Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Charmingfare Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
