From the reviews
We had our wedding here and it was fantastic. Such a nice venue and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Excellent venue for groups. Excellent staff!! I'm going to do a family reunion there for sure.
A beautiful and tranquil setting for church retreats, family reunions, wedding and special event venues. Close in to Grants Pass and Medford/Ashland. Very roomy accommodations and well appointed kitchens. The decks and small lakes create a peaceful setting along with the abundant wildlife. Fun farm animals to enjoy.
Went there for a wedding. If you like rustic with needed amenities, this is the place. Really beautiful area.
Getting married at Cascade Mountain Ranch Retreat, Reunion Center, & Resort
Cascade Mountain Ranch Retreat, Reunion Center, & Resort comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Cascade Mountain Ranch Retreat, Reunion Center, & Resort
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Cascade Mountain Ranch Retreat, Reunion Center, & Resort — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
