Venue was perfect! I was in the wedding party and had an incredible time. Staff was nothing short of helpful and ensured everyone had what they needed. One of the groomsmen had stained his shirt while getting ready and the staff rushed to find solutions to get the stain out!
I had my wedding there 11/16/25 and oh my goodness!!!! It was amazing! It was a breeze getting through the day. Shawna and the team had set up the ceremony and reception space so perfectly! It felt very smooth, i was worried about it feeling too “structured” but nope!
We highly recommend Butler’s Courtyard, Amber our coordinator and the entire staff and their preferred vendors. Our wedding day was simply perfection from prep, planning and execution on the day of our wedding May 2025! (I actually wrote a review earlier but somehow I deleted what I wrote. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
