Rooms are very clean, rooms are a little older, but well maintained. Lovely upgraded touches like Frank Loyd Wright prairie style lights throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good including hot protein choices. Friendly staff. Good location off highway. Seemed safe. Didn’t use pool, but looked clean.
Upon arriving at the Galesburg IL Best Western Inn and Suites, I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Casey! She was kind, and personable. I had called the front desk when I arrived around 9:45pm with no reservations. Cassey quickly accommodated me into a nice large king room.
We had a great experience at this hotel. The room were great, comfortable bed, hot water, great water pressure. My daughter Loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great, the whole family enjoyed the breakfast. We were in for a funeral in Abingdon so we booked here close to where family live in Galesburg.
We love staying here on our road trips. It's so conveniently located and very comfortable and welcoming. Staff here are awesome & so friendly. Beds & rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a really good breakfast as well in a large spacious area with plenty of comfortable booths.
