From the reviews
Belleview Meadows was beyond perfect for our wedding!! My husband and I were able to tour the venue in December of 2019, and immediately knew this was the place for us, and booked our date that same day. We were worried a few months into 2020 that our wedding plans may change due to the pandemic.
My husband and I held our wedding ceremony & reception at Belleview Meadows on May 26th, 2018! We first contacted the owners, Elizabeth & Michael, to come out and look at their venue in November to see if it was what we were looking for.
This is one of those rare places (and people!) who deserve more than five stars. Elizabeth and Michael have created a venue that is so welcoming, flexible, beautiful and spacious that it can only be outdone by the hospitality, responsiveness, flexibility and creativity of its owners.
This is a gem of a venue. Quite, and nestled in the country side, but still close enough to the city. The venue is family operated and has a very relaxed feel. Has plenty of amenities and comes in one or two day packages. This venue allows you to dictate they type and feel for the event your planning.
Getting married at Belleview Meadows
Belleview Meadows comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Belleview Meadows
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Belleview Meadows — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
