From the reviews
We had our wedding at Beech Tree Cottages on 10/4/2024! Beech Tree Cottages for starters, is beautiful. We loved the massive trees and the 1930s cottages that, with the proximity of the beach, really reminded me and my husband of both our hometowns in Cape Cod and Upstate NY.
Stayed here for 5 days/4 nights in the cottage suite (with kitchenette). Cottage was incredibly well-kept and clean, and staff came in each day to take out the trash for us and change out our towels. Exceptional service, and KIND management.
I attended a wedding at Beech Tree Cottages, and spent some time in cottage 6. The cottages were lovely and had an air conditioning unit which was very helpful on a hot July day! The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. I ended up forgetting an item in the cottage and called them the next morning.
We got married at Beech Tree Cottages and it was everything I dreamed it'd be! The cottages are so incredibly cute! It was perfect to have our wedding party stay onsite. Amanda and Liz were very accommodating of all of our needs for the 7 months from when we booked to our wedding.
Getting married at Beech Tree Cottages
Beech Tree Cottages comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
