From the reviews
I had the pleasure of DJ'ing an event at Annie Acres and I gotta tell ya the staff was amazing! When I say amazing I mean every aspect of the service they offered was hands down one of the best in the business. Everyone was extremely friendly from the shuttle bus drivers all the way up to the owners.
Woodland hollow was unlike any venue we looked at while "shopping". Immediately you get a Tennessee vibe with a modern rustic touch. It wasn't super flashy or over the top, it just felt REAL. I think the best part about woodland hollow is that you can incorporate your dreams into the venue.
We held our wedding ceremony and reception here and received so many compliments on the venue. It is a beautiful, tucked away, woodsy sanctuary, while also not being far from downtown Nashville. The owners, Robert and Kelly, are amazing humans. They are so down to earth and run an efficient operation.
We had our wedding here in August. The venue is not only affordable but absolutely beautiful with a barn setting in the woods close to town, and attention to minor details down to the gorgeous bathrooms and incredible catering kitchen. Kelly and Rob were awesome to work with, flexible, supportive and accommodating.
Getting married at Woodland Hollow at Annie Acres
Woodland Hollow at Annie Acres comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
