What an experience. 2020 was a difficult time to get married with the COVID pandemic happening. We originally planned to have a large rustic wedding, but were forced to change our plans due to the restrictions.
We had the most incredible wedding at Woodinville Lavender, and a huge part of that was thanks to Tom, the venue owner and our day-of coordinator. The venue is breathtaking—photos don’t even do it justice! But what really made our day special was Tom’s above-and-beyond support.
A perfect outdoor wedding venue. The property is lovingly maintained, and beautiful any time of year. We got married in late June 2025, and the lavender was gorgeous. Tom, the owner and operator of Woodinville Lavender, helps with planning your event, and his expertise is invaluable.
This was the first major decision for our wedding, and easily one of the best. The venue was stunning, with everyone complimenting it, from the vendors to the guests. The photos of the day were absolutely magical. The lavender fields are otherworldly and everything is set up to be fun and beautiful.
Getting married at Woodinville Lavender
Woodinville Lavender comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
